Till the government starts some sort of capex or some sort of concrete action on that, I do not think these stocks are great to have, there is no hurry to buying them right now.
Consulting is definitely a much better way to get into a new article because it opens up a lot of downstream opportunities. There was too much of buzz and it finally is settling down to some reasonable levels.
